Open-ended outcomeMediation is a confidential, voluntary process in which you, as parties to a conflict, work together with the support of a multipartial mediator to develop a solution that truly works for you in the long run.
Rather than asking who is right, the focus lies on your actual interests and needs: understanding yourself and the other side more clearly, discovering new perspectives, and building a genuine foundation for a new future.
Usually around 3–5 sessions of 1.5 hours, depending on the process.
The initial conversation for questions and a first exchange with you as the commissioning party is always non-binding and free of charge.
*In a business context, preparatory individual conversations are available on request, billed at the hourly rate.
No VAT is charged under the Austrian small business regulation (§ 6 (1) 27 Austrian VAT Act).
*On request, also in person internationally or in English
